Why Vanilla created HR Huddle
Vanilla Recruitment was founded in 2005 with a simple belief: recruitment should be about people, not numbers. That people-first approach still shapes everything we do today.
We specialise in Office, Marketing, HR and Accountancy recruitment, working closely with businesses to find the right people and build strong teams.
HR Huddle grew from those relationships. We wanted to create a space where HR professionals could connect, share experience, learn from each other and access practical support.
